You can now view, confirm and reschedule upcoming work on a Homebound Home. In the Trade Portal you can navigate to the "Schedule" tab where you will see a list of upcoming tasks on Homebound Projects.
Note: You will only see Tasks that are 60 days out or sooner
Confirming a Task
Homebound manages the schedule internally for the entire project. You can see your tasks and their start and end dates by accessing your portal at any time.
To confirm or reschedule see below:
- If the "Confirm" button is greyed out then it means that you have already "Confirmed" this task
- If the buttons reads, "Waiting" then it means you have "Rescheduled" the task and are waiting for Homebound to confirm
- If the "Confirm" button does not appear then Homebound has not yet requested your team's availability
- If the button reads "Confirm New Date" then Homebound has made a change to the date
Rescheduling a Task
Simply click the blue text that reads, "Reschedule" and pick a date that works for you or your team in the pop up. Then Homebound will confirm the new date internally.
